Integral Natural Reserve of the Islets

Area with 165,2 hectares in the municipality of Teguise. The geographical boundary belongs together with the perimeter, starting from the lines of low tide, of Montaña Clara's islands, Roque del Este and Roque del Infierno or del Oeste; all of them inside the Natural Park of the Chinijo Archipelago.

They have already been described in the previous section. The difference rests in the type of legal protection. As we said in Natural Parks chapter, the Integral Natural Reservations are those, of moderate dimension whose object is the integral preservation of all their biotic elements (those which promote life) and abiotic elements (areas where life cannot survive), as well as all the natural ecological processes.
